as one of the 20 selected people I was in charge of vfx post production, and as the necessity came up created a 3D animated beluga whale
narratively the beluga whale is a newborn child, from a single mother who is struggling financially amidst an evermore flooding house and overwhelming reality
from this, some sketches where drawn to reach the balance of realism, size, style and technical capabilities of a very special character: the newborn "omin" beluga whale
